We’re hiring 2 Senior Creative Strategists

What will you do?

- Write high-converting ad scripts with a transparent understanding of the target persona and creative hypothesis for Meta Ads.
- Being comfortable shooting content featuring yourself on camera is a plus
- Continuously iterate and optimise winning creatives based on performance.
- Working closely with dedicated editors who generate AI-based videos and handle video editing,



collaborating with them to develop engaging, high-performing content and continuously improve creative output.

What are we looking for?

- Prior experience creating Meta ads and short-form ad creatives is a must.
- Strong understanding of short-form content and what makes it perform.
- Ability to analyse creative performance and understand key metrics.
- High energy, creativity, and someone enjoyable to collaborate with.
