Are you a data-driven leader obsessed with finding revenue bottlenecks, optimizing sales funnels, and scaling conversions? UGI is looking for a Senior Conversion Rate Optimizer to lead our CRO team, optimize admission and repayment performance, and drive operational excellence.

Role Overview

As the Senior CRO, you will be responsible for leading our conversion optimization initiatives across lead generation, admissions, and repayment workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional leadership—including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations—to audit processes, analyze customer behavior, eliminate lead leakage, and maximize conversion efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop strategies to improve lead-to-admission rates, identify customer journey bottlenecks, and analyze behavior trends across teams.
- Audit sales processes, review follow-up quality, track executive productivity, and collaborate with Finance/Repayment teams to improve recovery rates.
- Manage and mentor CRO Executives, conduct daily huddles, assign KPIs, and build analytics capabilities across the team.
- Conduct quality audits, track SOP compliance,



and build key business intelligence reports (Daily Conversion Dashboards, Branch Performance Reports, Lost Prospect Analysis, MIS).
- Standardize operational SOPs across branches, implement process automation, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Conversion Optimization, Business Analytics, Process Improvement, or Customer Success.
- Leadership: Minimum 2 years in a direct team leadership or supervisory role.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent), Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, dashboard preparation, and sales funnel analytics.
