Senior Content Manager – Kannuru, BangaloreJob Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Manager to lead content planning, development, and communication for a reputed school in Kannuru, Bangalore.

The role involves managing the school's content strategy, creating high-quality content, overseeing digital communication, and coordinating with internal teams to strengthen the school's brand and online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the school's content strategy and content calendar
- Create and edit content for website, social media, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and school communications
- Develop content around school events, student achievements, academic programs, activities, admissions, and initiatives
- Manage social media content and maintain consistent brand communication
- Write and edit articles, captions, newsletters, campaign copy, brochures, and promotional content
- Coordinate with teachers, academic teams, and management to develop content
- Work with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies
- Create content for admissions and marketing campaigns
- Review content for quality, accuracy, tone, and brand consistency
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement




- Manage multiple content projects and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in content management, content marketing, communications, or digital marketing
- Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong experience developing content across digital platforms
- Good understanding of social media and digital content
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to independently manage content projects and deadlines
- Strong organizational and coordination skills

Preferred

- Experience in a school, education institution, EdTech, or education-related organization
- Experience with school admissions or education marketing content
- Experience working with designers, photographers, videographers, or external agencies
- Knowledge of Canva or similar content creation tools

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
