We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, guide the team, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth and timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, guide, and support the team in their daily responsibilities.
- Allocate work effectively and ensure proper coordination between departments.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, quality, and client commitments.
- Handle important client meetings, feedback, and escalations when required.
- Ensure clear communication and productive workflow across teams.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Who We Are Looking For

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Advertising, Creative, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related industry.
- Experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Operations, or Team Management.




- Good understanding of agency workflows and project coordination.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Organised, responsible, approachable, and confident in taking decisions.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working closely with the team.

Compensation Fixed Monthly Salary + Additional Buissness Development Commission In addition to salary, If the candidate independently introduces and successfully converts new clients or Buissness opportunities for the organization, an additional commission/incentive will be provided.

Location: Thrissur

Experience: 3–4 years in Advertising / Creative / Digital Marketing / Media

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
