Senior Civil Engineer - SD Majesta

About the Role

SD Majesta is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its team for a premium commercial development at Iscon Ambli Road, Ahmedabad.

The role involves managing day-to-day site execution, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering project activities within defined timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction and site execution activities.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, resources, and execution targets.
- Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution of technical and execution-related challenges.
- Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports, inspection reports, and other project documentation.




- Support planning, execution, quantity verification, and measurement-related activities.
- Use AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant engineering/planning tools for project coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and applicable codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage site execution and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in high-rise residential, premium residential, or high-end commercial projects will be preferred.
- Strong site execution and project coordination experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and achieve project milestones.
- Proactive approach with solid leadership and decision-making capabilities.
