Job Summary

Hanswahini Group is hiring a Senior Civil Site Engineer with 10–15 years of experience in building construction and site execution.

The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, supervising contractors and manpower, coordinating materials and resources, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring execution as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Supervise site execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Ensure construction work meets required quality standards.
- Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity calculations, measurements, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, material consumption, productivity, and project progress.
- Plan daily and weekly site activities.




- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, site records, and documentation.
- Monitor quality and compliance with safety procedures.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to management.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing.
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, quantity calculations, and measurements.
- Experience in contractor and manpower management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to independently manage site execution.
