Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of industrial, infrastructure, and EPC projects, ensuring alignment with technical standards, safety norms, and client requirements. This full-time hybrid role is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, with primary on-site responsibilities at project locations and some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as design reviews, documentation, and coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising civil engineering works,



reviewing drawings and calculations, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and contractors, managing project schedules and resources, and resolving technical issues on site.

The individual will monitor quality control, ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations, support stormwater and utility design, and participate in client meetings and progress reviews.

The Senior Civil

Engineer will also mentor junior engineers, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain HRS Buildcon’s standards for safety, performance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills to plan, analyze, and deliver structurally sound, compliant, and efficient project solutions.
- Hands-on experience working as Civil Engineers, including site supervision, technical coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Strong Planning capabilities for scheduling, resource allocation, progress tracking, and fast-track execution across multiple project sites.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design to address drainage, utilities, and environmental considerations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in civil design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS or similar), and familiarity with relevant IS codes and standards.
- Demonstrated experience in industrial, infrastructure, or EPC projects, preferably in warehouses, manufacturing units, or utilities.
