Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Super Senior Audit Executive with strong hands-on experience in Stock Audit, Inventory Audit, Damage Audit, and Physical Stock Verification. The candidate will be responsible for independently handling audit activities across multiple warehouse locations, preparing accurate Excel reports, identifying stock discrepancies, and managing audit teams.

The role requires frequent travel to different warehouse locations and strong coordination with warehouse teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Stock Audits and Inventory Audits at warehouses and storage locations.
- Perform physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Conduct Damage Audits and identify damaged, missing, excess, or short-stock items.
- Verify stock quantities, SKU details, inward/outward movements, and inventory records.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, variances, and irregularities.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and Excel-based MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate audit documentation and supporting records.
- Analyze audit findings and highlight major discrepancies to management.
- Handle and coordinate audit teams at different warehouse locations.
- Allocate audit activities to team members and monitor daily productivity.
- Review the work completed by audit team members and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse managers, supervisors, and client representatives during audits.
- Ensure audits are completed within the given timelines.




- Travel to different warehouse locations as required for audit assignments.
- Provide regular updates on audit status, findings, and pending activities.
- Ensure compliance with company audit procedures and client requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Stock Audit / Inventory Audit / Physical Stock Verification.
- Hands-on experience in Damage Audit and stock discrepancy identification.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including data entry, filtering, sorting, reconciliation, and report preparation.
- Ability to prepare and analyze audit reports and MIS reports.
- Strong team handling and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of audit assignments.
- Willingness to travel to different warehouse locations based on business requirements.

Qualification

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Candidates with experience in Audit, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, Stock Verification, or similar roles will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in stock/inventory auditing.
- Experience in handling audit teams independently.
- Robust practical knowledge of warehouse stock verification processes.
- Comfortable with extensive travel to different warehouse locations.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
