Role: Senior Associate
We are looking for experienced and responsible Senior Associates who can deliver excellent customer service while supporting smooth store operations.
What you’ll do
- Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience
- Guide customers with product knowledge and effective recommendations
- Ensure accurate order taking, billing and payment handling
- Follow and reinforce product, service, hygiene and food-safety SOPs
- Ensure correct product preparation, portioning and presentation
- Support dine-in, takeaway and online order operations
- Monitor product availability and communicate requirements to the team
- Support inventory handling, stock rotation and store cleanliness
- Assist the Shift Manager in maintaining store standards
- Support and guide Associates during daily operations
- Identify operational gaps and escalate issues appropriately
- Handle customer concerns professionally and follow the L.A.S.T. approach
- Support opening and closing activities

- Ability to follow SOPs consistently

- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced store setting
Experience: Previous experience in F&B;, QSR, retail, hospitality or customer service is preferred.
