About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, technically sharp Senior Associate / Assistant Manager to join our Transfer Pricing practice. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with meaningful responsibility from day one, offering direct exposure to complex cross-border transactions, TP documentation, and advisory assignments across diverse industry sectors.

What You'll Do

Documentation & Compliance

- Prepare and review Master File, Local File, and CbCR
- Conduct functional and economic analysis for related-party transactions
- Execute benchmarking studies using Prowess, TP Catalyst, or Bureau van Dijk
- Ensure timely compliance with Indian and international TP filing requirements

Advisory & Technical Work

- Assist in TP planning, structuring, and risk assessment for intra-group transactions
- Support advisory work on OECD BEPS Action Plans and Pillar Two
- Draft client memos, technical notes, and advisory deliverables
- Research applicable tax treaties, regulations, and emerging TP jurisprudence

Client Engagement

- Liaise directly with clients to gather data, respond to queries, and manage expectations




- Participate in client calls and meetings with senior leadership
- Contribute to client proposals, presentations, and engagement letters

Litigation & Dispute Support

- Assist in preparing responses to TP audit notices and information requests
- Support seniors in drafting submissions for assessments, appeals, and APA applications

What You Bring

- Qualified CA / CMA / CS
- 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing, with a reputed CA firm or Big4
- Working knowledge of Indian TP regulations and OECD TP Guidelines
- Hands-on experience in TP documentation and benchmarking analyses
- Solid command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of OECD TP methods: CUP, TNMM, CPM, PSM, and RPM
- Sharp analytical skills, clear communication, and an ownership mindset
