About The Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from concept development through execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design capabilities, technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead architectural projects from concept design to execution and completion.

 Develop innovative and practical architectural concepts in line with project requirements.

 Prepare and review concept presentations, design development drawings, working drawings, and detailed drawings.

 Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

 Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design coordination.

 Review drawings and ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.  Conduct site visits and monitor project progress as required.

 Resolve design and technical issues during the construction stage.

 Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.

 Prepare and review BOQs, specifications, material selections, and technical documentation where required.

 Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and approval requirements.

 Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.

 Participate in client meetings and presentations and effectively communicate design ideas.  Maintain proper project documentation and ensure timely submission of deliverables.

 Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining design quality and deadlines.



Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch./M. Arch.) from a recognized institution.

 4–10 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project execution.

 Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and detailing.

 Excellent understanding of working drawings and construction documentation.

 Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

 Ability to independently handle projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

 Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Software Skills Proficiency In Relevant Architectural Software Such As

 AutoCAD  SketchUp  Revit – preferred  Adobe Photoshop  Adobe InDesign  Microsoft Office  Knowledge of Lumion / Enscape / D5 Render / other visualization software will be an added advantage.
