Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural design and planning for high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Develop and review architectural drawings, detailed drawings and construction documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate design details from concept through execution.
- Ensure architectural designs comply with UDCPR, NBC and applicable building regulations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape and other consultants.
- Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with project teams and consultants to resolve design and technical issues.
- Conduct detailed study and practical application of relevant development control regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with site/project teams during execution and provide necessary architectural inputs.
- Manage design deliverables, timelines and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Ensure quality, functionality and design intent are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
