As a Senior Associate in Organizational & Talent Workforce Solutions, you will engage with clients to transform their workforce strategies and organizational design. Within our Workforce Transformation practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that align with client objectives. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful results and build meaningful client relationships.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on relationship building and managing others, navigating complexity, and fostering personal growth. You will guide and mentor junior team members, using your knowledge to uphold professional standards and deliver quality work. Your ability to anticipate client needs and embrace ambiguity will be crucial in driving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities





- Analyzing organizational structures and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Leading design workshops to facilitate organizational change and development
- Collaborating with clients to implement workforce transformation strategies and solutions
- Conducting business process analysis to support organizational alignment and restructuring efforts
- Utilizing AI fluency and digital tooling to enhance organizational consulting practices
- Developing engagement strategies to promote cultural evolution and inclusion within organizations
- Applying analytical thinking to diagnose organizational challenges and recommend solutions
- Supporting human resources transformation initiatives through process consulting and change management
- Mapping and redesigning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in organizational management
- Embracing change and fostering a people-centered approach to organizational development and policy implementation

What You Must Have
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Sociology, Psychology
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- MBA or master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields of study (preferably from premier B-Schools)
- Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
- Certifications in Human Resources or Talent Management preferred
- Demonstrating AI fluency and AI-human collaboration
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process analysis
- Embracing change management and organizational design
- Leading design workshops and engagement strategies
