About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and capable Senior Architect who can independently manage large-scale architectural projects and effectively lead the day-to-day functioning of an architectural studio. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and a thorough understanding of statutory requirements and approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage and handle large-scale Architectural, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial projects from concept to execution.
- Lead project teams and ensure smooth coordination across different stages of the project.
- Ensure designs and project documentation comply with applicable rules, regulations, and norms of relevant sanctioning authorities.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Review and monitor architectural drawings, working drawings, details, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings and design intent.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination requirements independently.
- Handle and organize the architectural studio systematically and independently, ensuring productive workflow and timely completion of projects.




- Guide and mentor junior architects and team members on technical and project-related requirements.
- Review drawings and deliverables prepared by the team and ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants whenever required to understand requirements and resolve project-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and updating of project information throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in architectural projects.
- Proven ability to independently handle large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction documentation, detailing, and project coordination.
- Good understanding of building rules, statutory requirements, and sanctioning authority norms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and other relevant architectural software.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively.
- Ability to independently manage the architectural studio and maintain a systematic workflow.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling Commercial, Residential, Industrial, and large-scale Architectural projects.
- Experience in leading architectural teams and coordinating with multiple consultants and external agencies.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
