Responsibilities

Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) is seeking a Sr.

Process

Analyst to support the GGB US Online Quoting vertical. The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end online quoting process across multiple carrier portals by gathering, analyzing, and validating client information from various sources to obtain accurate insurance quotations. The incumbent will work closely with onshore stakeholders to ensure timely quote generation, adherence to carrier guidelines, and high-quality service delivery

- Manage end-to-end online quoting activities for multiple insurance policies across various carrier portals
- Review submissions and gather required client information from applications, loss runs, carrier websites, and internal systems
- Validate submission data and identify missing information required for quoting, Collaborate with SSM/CSM for additional information
- Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting established turnaround time (TAT) and productivity targets
- Follow established SOPs, compliance requirements, and quality standards
- Support carrier appetite analysis, market selection, and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Generate operational reports and provide insights on quote outcomes, decline trends, and process efficiencies

Qualifications





- Able to communicate effectively and professionally to people with various levels of knowledge face to face, over the telephone and in writing
- Ability to take responsibility for all the work activities and follows through on commitments.
- Maintains confidentiality with sensitive information
- Ability to think from the point of view of a broker, question the process, regulations applicable and the current status quo
- Able to explain thought processes and show logical analysis via demonstrating understanding of a challenge, how to prioritize and worked through the solution
- Creative thinking capability and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and insurance-related systems/portals.
- Excellent attention to detail and data validation skills
