Overview

Our Investment Consulting team is a core strategic growth area for the business. We are looking to strengthen our (growing) team of finance professionals who provide innovative investment advice to large global investors including Endowments, Charities, Wealth Managers, Local Authorities, Insurance Companies and Sovereign Wealth Funds.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of investment consulting activities, with responsibility for facilitating and preparing highquality advice spanning strategic asset allocation, fund selection, performance reporting. We have overall responsibility for investment advice we deliver, backed up by specialists across our performance calcualtion, manager research and reporting teams.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities

- Produce manager monitoring and investment performance reports for pension scheme clients
- Calculating and Reviewing investment performance returns for pension schemes
- Performing portfolio and risk analysis
- Monitoring market developments and explaining impacts on portfolios
- Supporting strategic asset allocation reviews
- Conducting manager due diligence and research
- Special projects or assignments as instructed by your supervisor/manager.
- Working on bespoke data projects that help inform our investment decision-making

About you

Qualifications:





- Minimum Required Degree: Bachelor’s in
- Finance/Maths/Economics/Commerce
- Preferred Degree: MBA or Masters in Finance/Maths/ /Economics/Commerce

Certificate(s)/Special Training:

- A Professional qualification or pregression towards: eg CFA, CIPM (Good to have)
- Well versed in the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Working knowledge of PARIs (Investment Metrics), eVestment, Factset, Bloomberg etc

Experience ( Career Level Guide):

- Minimum 2-4 Years

Knowledge,Skills,andAbilities:

- Interested in finance, capital markets and have a good understanding of asset allocation principles
- Have a good understanding of sustainable investment practices
- Keen to take initiative and get things done
- Well versed in the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Have good working knowledge and understadding of PARIs (Investment Metrics), eVestment tool
- Detail-oriented, Curious, always looking to innovate and experiment with something current
- Adaptable and agile with your approach to different people
- Persistent and results-oriented – can see things through to completion
- Quick to learn, quick to understand and quick to evaluate
