Role Overview

Work directly with operational business teams to build and ship production LLM and agentic AI systems, and turn each build into reusable assets that speed up future projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Embed with operational teams to scope, build, and ship AI solutions for live business problems.

- Take LLM and agentic systems from prototype to production, owning security, data governance, and operational handover.

- Build reusable accelerators, including prompt and agent templates, reference architectures, and internal libraries.

- Set up the MLOps/AIOps foundation: CI/CD for models and agents, evaluation pipelines, monitoring, and versioning.

- Lead cross-functional squads without formal authority, and set engineering, documentation, and responsible-AI standards.

Must Have Skills

- 6 - 10 years building software, with recent hands-on delivery of production AI.





- Production LLM and agentic AI, including RAG, orchestration, and multi-step agent workflows.

- Robust Python and MLOps (CI/CD, model registries, monitoring, evaluation pipelines).

- AI evaluation and cost optimization: groundedness, hallucination detection, A/B and regression testing, model routing, and caching.

- Works with non-technical stakeholders to find the real problem, and drives delivery end to end with minimal direction.

Nice to Have

- Ports, logistics, free zone, or freight operations (TOS, gate and yard, customs documentation)

- GCC or multi-country regional experience

- Arabic language

- Platform engineering or internal developer tooling

- AI/ML, cloud, or MLOps certifications
