About the Role

Learnx Learning is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and working professionals regarding UG and PG programs offered by reputed universities and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable UG/PG courses.
- Handle student enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, admission process, and university offerings.
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them throughout the admission journey.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/admission status in the CRM.




- Achieve assigned admission and registration targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and admission processing.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in education counselling, admissions, inside sales, or tele-counselling will be preferred.

Candidates with experience working with or selling/counselling programs associated with the following organizations are especially preferred:

- Amity University
- Manipal University
- UNext
- College Vidya
- Hero Vired
- ZRO Education
- Learning Roots

Skills Required
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Solid counselling and sales ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
