Firstly the person should be from Custom clearance and logistics background only.

Secondly , knowledge of Logisys software or Visual Impex is compulsory.

Generate Import, Export & Freight invoices in Logysis Software as well as in Tally Prime.

- Enter CFS, Shipping Line, Insurance, Transport invoices etc. Purchase against Job.
- Enter Journal Entry of Vouchers.
- Enter Bank Receipt and knocked off invoices against the same as per advisory received.
- Enter Bank Payment and knocked off purchase against the same.
- Generate the Debit note and credit note if required.
- Check the Job ledger & Job profitability and financial lock the Job.
- Generate unbilled Job report weekly, mail to operation department and follow up for the Dockets.
- Outstanding follow-up - Mails to the clients & calls if required. Also generate the Outstanding report Weekly and working share the senior Accountant.
- Reconciliation the Bank statement. & Debtor's as well as Creditors Ledger statement.
- Making cash voucher entries and making a OS payment statement for team members
- Making PQ , FSSAI AND STAMP DUTY ONLINE ON CUSTOMS PORTAL
