Position Details

Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the showroom accounts function.
- Handle day-to-day showroom accounting, billing, cash handling and documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support daily accounting operations.
- Manage Tally Prime, GST, TDS and other accounting-related activities.
- Assist customers visiting the showroom and support sales conversions whenever required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth showroom operations.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial and operational reports as required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting procedures and statutory requirements.
- Support overall showroom business objectives and contribute towards customer satisfaction.
- If all sales executives are occupied then attend to customers and support the sales process. Sales involvement is mandatory.

Candidate Profile

Minimum Graduate in Commerce.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting.

Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, GST and TDS.

Good communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi.

Professional, presentable and customer-friendly personality.

Strong numerical, analytical and coordination skills.





Candidates should be comfortable with the location, working hours and showroom-based work environment.

Work Schedule & Leave Policy

Showroom Timing: 10:30 AM 8:30 PM.

Employees may be required to remain available beyond regular showroom hours when customers are being attended to.

Weekly Off: Any one day from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are peak business days.

Employees may be required to work on most public holidays due to higher customer footfall.

Statutory Leave Perks

Sick Leave: 12 Days

Casual Leave: 12 Days

Privilege Leave: 15 Days (eligible after completion of 240 days of service)

Important Role Requirement

Sales involvement is a mandatory part of the role for all employees across Damro showrooms, irrespective of their primary department.

There are no individual sales targets for this position. However, employees are expected to actively support the overall showroom business objectives, customer service and sales conversion process whenever required.
