Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, lead the accounts team, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should have robust practical experience in GST, taxation, MIS reporting, month-end closing, year-end closing, cost accounting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and effectively manage the Accounts & Finance team.
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
- Manage GST, taxation, statutory compliance, and related documentation.
- Prepare and analyse MIS reports for management review.
- Handle monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
- Prepare project reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Handle cost accounting, budgeting, and expense analysis.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and financial requirements.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related responsibilities as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.




- Minimum 5 years of strong hands-on experience in GST and Taxation is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of MIS preparation and financial reporting is mandatory.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience in month-end and year-end closing.
- Knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.
- Enthusiastic, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits:

Up to Rs.50,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
