- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- 45 years of relevant work experience in accounting/finance
- Ability to prepare and present daily and monthly MIS reports to management
- Experience in debtor, creditor, and bank reconciliations
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, Quick books etc.
- Good knowledge of taxation, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes
- Experience in balance sheet finalization
- Ability to analyze financial data and summarize financial status effectively
- Educational qualification: B.Com / B.Com (Hons) / MBA (Finance) etc.
- Working knowledge of payroll, ESIC, PF, and related compliance
- Experience in raising invoices and following up with customers for payments
