Role Overview

Senior accounts role overseeing day-to-day finance operations, statutory compliance, and payroll for the firm's ongoing infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle accounting: cash book, bank reconciliation, ledgers, and monthly closing
- Oversee GST filing, TDS compliance, and other statutory returns
- Review and finalize vendor bills, subcontractor payments, and project-wise cost tracking
- Supervise salary bill preparation and payroll processing
- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and finalization of accounts
- Prepare MIS reports and cash flow statements for management review
- Mentor and guide junior accounts staff

Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred but not mandatory)




- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in accounts (internships not counted toward this)
- Prior experience in construction/EPC/infrastructure sector strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Valuable communication skills (Malayalam & English)

Preferred: Exposure to project-wise costing and billing

Familiarity with government tender/works contract accounting (KWA, PWD, etc.)

Pay Range

From ₹30,000.00
