About the role

Growmore Value Private Limited is hiring an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance and physical gold/silver stock reconciliation for our bullion operations. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

- Own complete day-to-day accounting in Tally
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
- Prepare and file TDS returns and manage related compliance
- Lead statutory and internal audit preparation and documentation
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers and bank reconciliations
- Reconcile physical gold and silver stock with purchase, sales and delivery entries




- Coordinate directly with CAs and auditors for filings and assessments
- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS for the CEO
- Track payments, receivables and payables

Required skills and experience

- 5-8+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime
- Practical end-to-end experience filing GST and TDS returns
- Sound knowledge of audit documentation and data preparation
- Experience reconciling physical stock or inventory; bullion, commodities or a similar industry is preferred
- Good command of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and directly with leadership
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
