Job Title: Senior Accountant Total Experience: 4+ years Location: Hyderabad Mode of Work: Work from Office (All 5 days a week) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Supervisor to support day-to-day accounting operations for our company.

Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Accounting - Maintain accurate and timely accounting records in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

- Post daily transactions including revenue, receipts, expenses, vendor invoices with proper classification of income, expenses, assets, and liabilities
- Bank, credit card accounting and reconciliation Revenue & Receipts Reconciliation - Reconcile daily/weekly revenue between source systems (POS / EMR / Zenoti) and QBO, further reconcile with bank deposits and receipts against reported revenue
- Investigate and resolve variances related to collections, refunds, chargebacks, and timing differences by following up with the team members Accounts Payable (AP) - Manage AP aging, obtaining approvals and ensure timely payments Inventory Accounting - Track inventory movements and costs
- Reconcile inventory balances between systems and accounting records Month-End Close & Workpapers - Prepare month-end schedules, supporting workpapers and assist in monthly close activities




- Support audit and tax requests with accurate documentation Systems & Process Support - Work with multiple systems such as QBO, Zenoti, POS systems, Bill.com, Divvy statements, EMR platforms
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and controls
- Support transition of processes, documentation, and SOP creation
- Any other role/task that is assigned Required Qualifications - Semi qualified/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience (US accounting preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Hands-on experience with reconciliations and month-end close
- Good understanding of US accounting concepts (accruals, revenue recognition basics, AP/AR)
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet US time-zone deadlines Preferred / Nice-to-Have - Experience with Zenoti, POS systems, EMR systems
- Experience using Bill.com
- Exposure to multi-location or healthcare / retail businesses
- Prior experience working with US-based clients or companies
- Knowledge of internal controls and audit support Key Skills - Accounting and reconciliation
