Position: Senior Accountant

Experience: 8+ Years

CTC: ₹8–10 LPA

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can independently manage Accounts, Banking, Import/Export, Working Capital and Bank Loan-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Independently manage complete accounting operations in Tally Prime.

· Handle banking operations, online banking, receipts, payments and Bank Reconciliation.

· Manage CC/OD, working capital facilities, term loans, renewals and bank documentation.

· Coordinate with banks for loan-related documentation, statements, repayment schedules and other requirements.

· Prepare/coordinate CMA data, financial information and documents required by banks.

· Handle Import/Export accounting and documentation, including BOE, LC, import payments and related banking documentation.

· Prepare landed cost and monitor import-related expenses.

· Manage AR/AP, debtor ageing, outstanding collections and vendor payments.

· Handle GST, TDS,



RCM and related reconciliations.

· Review accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers and reconciliations.

· Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors and customers.

· Assist in finalization of accounts and month/year-end closing.

· Prepare MIS, cash-flow, ageing, outstanding and management reports.

· Supervise/review work of junior accounting team members.

Candidate Profile:

· 8+ years of relevant Accounts & Finance experience.

· Strong knowledge of Tally Prime & Advanced Excel.

· Robust exposure to Banking, Working Capital, CC/OD and Loan Documentation.

· Experience with CMA data, LC and Bank Guarantee preferred.

· Strong Import/Export accounting experience.

· Good knowledge of GST, TDS & RCM.

· Audit and finalization experience.

· Food / Trading / Import-Export / Logistics industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
