We’re Hiring | Sr. Accounts Executive

MatTrade Resources Private Limited is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager / Sr. Accounts Executive to join our team at Gurugram.

? Candidate Background – IMPORTANTCandidates must have relevant experience in Export & Import accounting / International Trading / Trade Finance.

Candidates with a strong background in Export & Import transactions, international trade, LC, BG, customs duty, banking and treasury operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities1. Export & Import Accounting

- Manage and monitor export and import transactions.
- Handle export-import documentation, payments and account reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics, customs and other stakeholders for smooth shipment processing.

2. Letter of Credit (LC) & Bank Guarantee (BG)

- Handle issuance and negotiation of LC and BG.
- Ensure compliance with applicable trade regulations and UCP-600.
- Monitor risks associated with international transactions involving LC and BG.

3. Banking & Relationship Management

- Maintain solid relationships with existing bankers.
- Coordinate with banks for smooth banking operations.
- Negotiate banking fees and credit lines.
- Manage treasury-related activities, foreign exchange and hedging requirements.

4. Customs & Trade Compliance

- Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of customs duties.
- Maintain required customs and trade documentation.
- Coordinate with CHA, vessel agents, charterers, port authorities and other relevant parties.
- Ensure timely payments and compliance related to import/export transactions.

5. Treasury Management





- Monitor daily cash positions and cash-flow requirements.
- Execute bank transactions, payments, transfers and FX transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and treasury-related entries.
- Support short-term and long-term cash-flow forecasting.
- Prepare treasury reports, liquidity dashboards and funding requirements.
- Support debt, investment and loan-related activities.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to cash, loans and financial instruments.

? Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in Treasury Management.
- Relevant Export & Import / International Trading background is required.
- Strong knowledge of Export-Import processes, Trade Finance and International Transactions.
- Working knowledge of LC, BG, Customs Duty and Foreign Exchange.
- Familiarity with Tally and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong banking relationship management skills.
- Good analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- CA / CA Final Group will be preferred.
