Roles and Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding undergraduate, postgraduate, and certification programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and course preferences.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, fees, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive admissions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments by addressing queries and resolving concerns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.




- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Stay updated on program offerings, admission policies, and competitor courses.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead conversion, follow-ups, and admission performance.
- Ensure a positive student experience while meeting organizational sales objectives.
