Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused Semi-Voice Process Executive to handle customer interactions through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital communication channels. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as required.
- Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, email, chat, and other digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and address their concerns professionally.
- Generate and update leads, customer details, and interaction records in the CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates.
- Explain products, services, courses, or processes clearly to customers.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, leads,



and customer interactions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or reporting manager when required.
- Support the team in achieving business and customer service objectives.

Requirements:

- 1–4 years of experience in Semi-Voice Process, Customer Support, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or BPO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable communicating through calls and digital platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
