Position Details

Role: Seller Support Executive

Process: Domestic Voice Process

Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)

Base Location: Teleperformance, Indore

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Shift: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Offs

Compensation

? CTC: ₹15,800 per month

? In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹12,800 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Assist sellers with queries, concerns, and account-related support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring issue resolution.
- Maintain process compliance and quality standards.




- Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Graduation is Mandatory

✅ Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

✅ Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills

✅ Immediate Joiners Preferred
