/ Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the overall security operations of the premises.
- Deploy, brief, and monitor security guards and other security personnel.
- Control and monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles.
- Ensure proper implementation of access-control procedures.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections of the premises.
- Maintain records of incidents, visitors, vehicle movement, and security activities.
- Identify security risks and recommend appropriate preventive measures.
- Conduct security briefings and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
- Investigate and report security incidents to management.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.

Eligibility





- Candidate should be an Ex-Serviceman from the Indian Armed Forces.
- Preference may be given to candidates with experience in security operations, administration, industrial security, or institutional security.
- Valuable communication, leadership, discipline, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage security personnel and coordinate with management and local authorities.
- Physically fit and capable of handling security-related responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
