Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Security Facility Manager with an Army background, telecom/telegraph knowledge, and experience in handling administrative and civil works. The ideal candidate will oversee security operations, manage CCTV and equipment, and ensure compliance with safety protocols across the factory .

Role & responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day security and facility management operations.
- Manage and monitor CCTV surveillance and related systems.
- Handle administrative activities related to security and facility upkeep.
- Ensure implementation of safety requirements and equipment usage.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and staff for smooth functioning.
- Manage minor civil works and infrastructure-related tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Army background (preferred).
- Experience in Telecom / Telegraph sector.
- Minimum 0-3 years Civil / Administrative experience in a manufacturing company.
- Robust knowledge of security equipment and safety standards.
- Good leadership, discipline, and decision-making skills.
