We are looking for a GTM Operations Specialist – Cloud Security to support customer-facing security, privacy, compliance, and legal review processes. This role is ideal for professionals with strong operational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and exposure to SaaS security, Trust Operations, or compliance programs.

Minimum Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Trust Operations, Security Compliance, Risk Operations, Security Program Operations, or related fields .
- Excellent written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-through skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and responses requiring clarification or escalation.
- Familiarity with SaaS, Cloud Security, Security Compliance, Privacy, Risk, or Legal questionnaire processes .
- Experience using collaboration and workflow tools such as Jira, Airtable, Responsive (RFPIO), or similar platforms .
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Review customer security, privacy, compliance,



and legal questionnaire responses for completeness and accuracy.
- Validate responses against approved standard content and internal documentation.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and items requiring subject matter expert review.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve outstanding questions.
- Track questionnaire reviews, approvals, and status using tools such as Jira, Airtable, and Responsive.
- Manage multiple concurrent requests while ensuring timely delivery.
- Support continuous improvement of review processes and operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and compliance in customer-facing documentation.
