Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy telecommunications systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to network infrastructure, including hardware failures and software bugs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions for improving network performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance on telecom engineering best practices to junior engineers.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in telecom engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of telecommunications protocols (e.g., SIP, H323) and technologies (e.g., GSM, LTE).
- Experience with network management tools such as fault management systems (FMS) and performance monitoring tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
