Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive is a full-time role responsible for improving organic search performance and overall online visibility for Webenor and its clients. Based in North Delhi in a hybrid setup, the position combines on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, executing on-page optimization, performing technical and content-based SEO audits, and managing link-building campaigns.

The role also involves monitoring rankings and analytics, preparing performance reports, and coordinating with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.



The SEO Executive will contribute to social media marketing initiatives and stay current with search engine algorithms and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and SEO Audits to identify opportunities and diagnose issues.
- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in On-Page SEO, including metadata optimization, content structure, and internal linking.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Link Building and off-page optimization to enhance domain authority and search visibility.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Social Media Marketing to support integrated digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and popular SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain SEO concepts clearly.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- 1–3 years of relevant SEO experience in an agency or in-house digital marketing environment; experience with startup or budget-focused clients is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
