Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and implement test strategies for complex data pipelines and business logic

- Build and evolve automated testing frameworks for batch and streaming data workflows

- Define and enforce quality standards across data validation, test coverage, and CI/CD practices

- Partner with engineering teams to improve data reliability and prevent data issues

- Lead quality initiatives, conduct code and test reviews, and mentor team members as needed

Skills Required:

- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in data quality engineering, software testing, or data engineering

- Solid hands-on experience in quality engineering and software testing for data-centric systems





- Deep proficiency in SQL and Python for validating large datasets and complex transformations

- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Airflow, or similar data platforms and orchestration tools

- Proven ability to build scalable automated data testing frameworks and support CI/CD-driven delivery

Good to Have

- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Behave

- Exposure to AWS or other cloud environments

- Familiarity with data quality tools such as Deequ or Great Expectations

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/work experience
