Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract LIMS/ELN Scrum master, this is to work on a long-term project, initially 12 months, 100% remote working from India.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum +6 years of experience leading Agile software delivery initiatives, including at least 4 years as a Scrum Master.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs involving multiple vendors and global stakeholders.
- Robust knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, scaled Agile delivery models, and Agile coaching techniques.
- Experience delivering Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), scientific data platforms, or R&D; laboratory digitalization initiatives.
- Experience facilitating delivery activities using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tooling.
- Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, risks,



and stakeholder communications across international teams.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Experience for NeLLi NBE (IDBS Polar)

- Large-scale LIMS/ELN implementations.
- Scientific software platforms such as IDBS Polar, LabWare, Revvity Signals, Benchling, or similar laboratory systems.
- Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotechnology R&D; processes, including laboratory workflows, data integrity.
