LetSSprint is looking for a Scrum Master / Senior Scrum Master to join our fully remote, distributed product development team.

We are building a Python-based trading technology product with a team of professionals working remotely across locations.

We are looking for someone who can help the team collaborate effectively, remove impediments, improve delivery, and continuously improve the way we work.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
- Help the team stay focused on Sprint and Product Goals.
- Enable effective collaboration across a distributed team.
- Identify and help remove impediments.
- Support collaboration between Developers and Product/Business stakeholders.
- Facilitate backlog refinement and Sprint preparation.
- Help identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Encourage transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Help improve team effectiveness, delivery flow, and predictability.
- Coach the team and stakeholders on effective Scrum and Agile practices.
- Facilitate discussions and help the team resolve challenges.
- Help create a healthy and team-oriented remote working environment.

- Requirements

- 2–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role.




- 5–14 years of total professional experience.
- Good understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
- Good communication and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable working with remote/distributed teams.
- Ability to collaborate with experienced professionals.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and help teams resolve challenges.
- A collaborative and continuous-improvement mindset.

Good to Have
- Experience working with distributed software development teams.
- Experience working with Python development teams.
- Interest in or exposure to financial markets or trading technology.
- Basic understanding of software development practices.
- Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to the wider team.

Python and trading experience are not mandatory.
