We have an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Product Owner (Agentic AI) with one of our prestigious clients.

Job Details:

- Role: Scrum Product Owner – Agentic AI
- Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
- Experience: 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the Product Vision and Product Roadmap for AI-driven initiatives.
- Own and prioritize the Product Backlog, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, backlog refinement, and product delivery.
- Monitor product performance and continuously improve product outcomes using data-driven insights.




- Ensure high-quality releases aligned with business objectives.

Mandatory Skills:

- 12+ years of IT experience.
- 7+ years as a Product Owner / Scrum Product Owner / Product Manager.
- Solid experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Sprint Planning, and Backlog Management.
- Expertise in Product Vision, Product Roadmap, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Stakeholder Management.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI / Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Prompt Engineering, or similar AI technologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional Engineering and Data Science teams.
- Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Medical Devices domain experience is highly preferred.
