About Scholarlify Scholarlify is a social impact startup transforming the scholarship ecosystem in India. We simplify scholarship access for students and enable donors, corporates, and governments to design and manage scholarships end-to-end — from design to disbursement — through our digital platform. Our partners include Reliance Foundation, Birlasoft, Eureka Forbes, and IIFL Samasta.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Scholarlify’s corporate office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 to 5 years of experience who are passionate about HR and people management in a quick-growing social impact startup.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

· Assist in drafting and publishing job descriptions across platforms.

· Facilitate onboarding and induction of new team members.

· Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

· Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR communication.

· Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

· Ensure attendance,



leave management, and HR policy adherence.

· Assist in payroll coordination and HR documentation compliance.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

· 2 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or related functions.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.

· A proactive and learning-oriented attitude with a sense of ownership.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
