Role Description The Scan To BIM Modeler is responsible for transforming reality capture data, such as point clouds, into accurate BIM models that align with project standards and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with architecture and MEP teams, and developing detailed 3D models for various building systems and components.

The role involves validating model accuracy, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with project managers and engineers to support design, coordination, and digital twin workflows. This is a full-time,



in office role based in Nagpur, requiring regular interaction with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of BIM outputs.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, including experience creating and managing coordinated BIM models.
- Understanding of Architecture concepts and the ability to interpret and translate architectural intent into accurate 3D models.
- Hands-on experience as a Modeler, including working with point cloud data and Scan to BIM processes for existing structures.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and the ability to model and coordinate MEP services within a BIM environment.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from Construction Drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, point cloud processing tools such as Recap or similar).
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a project-driven environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams on-site in Nagpur.
- Diploma or degree in Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in Scan to BIM or BIM modeling is an advantage.
