Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP VC&P; Consultant with 10+ years of SAP experience to support enterprise-level SAP initiatives in a remote capacity. The candidate should have solid functional and technical understanding of SAP VC&P; processes and be capable of working independently with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP VC&P; implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP VC&P; solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP VC&P; functionality based on business requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development.
- Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production support activities.
- Support integration of VC&P; processes with relevant SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Prepare functional documentation,



process flows, and knowledge-transfer documents.
- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and other SAP functional/technical teams.
- Provide guidance to junior consultants and support project delivery activities.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of SAP experience with strong experience in SAP VC&P;.
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, enhancement, and production support.
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration points.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and distributed/global teams.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote delivery environment.

Good to Have
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- End-to-end implementation experience.
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules.
- SAP certification in the relevant area.
- Experience in global implementation/rollout projects.
