Experienced SAP Transportation Management professional with over 6 years of expertise in implementation, integration with SAP S/4HANA, and optimizing transportation planning.

We are seeking a skilled SAP Transportation Management (TM) professional with over 6 years of experience to join our offshore support team for a KSA-based project. The role involves hands‑on SAP TM implementation, configuration, integration with SAP S/4HANA, and support of transportation planning, routing, and cost settlement.

Key responsibilities

- Lead SAP TM implementation, configuration, and integration with S/4HANA, MM, SD, and EWM modules.
- Design and document functional specifications, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Perform testing, defect resolution, and deployment of SAP TM solutions.
- Manage SAP TM master data, lanes, carriers, resources, freight agreements, and planning profiles.
- Optimize transportation planning using SAP TM Optimizer (TMO) for routing, scheduling, load optimization, and constraint‑based planning.




- Provide offshore support and resolve functional and integration issues in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required qualifications

- Minimum of 6 years of hands‑on SAP TM experience, including SAP TM Optimizer.
- Robust experience in SAP TM implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and support.
- In‑depth knowledge of transportation planning, execution, freight management, carrier management, cost and settlement.
- Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA and logistics modules (MM, SD, EWM).
- Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, produce functional specs, and conduct testing.
- Strong communication skills for working with stakeholders and technical teams.

- Familiarity with other SAP modules and integration patterns.
- Experience in load optimization and constraint‑based planning.
- Exposure to KSA regulatory and logistics environment.
