Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions aligned to business requirements

- Build and maintain ABAP-based technical components supporting compensation processes

- Work with SAP HANA and SQL for data handling, validation, and reporting support

- Support SAP Fiori and SAP Gateway based integrations and user-facing enhancements

- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver fixes across the compensation landscape

Skills Required:

- 4-6 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors and ABAP development experience

- Solid hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management

- Solid technical background in ABAP, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Gateway

- Experience working with SQL and enterprise data structures in SAP environments

- Ability to support integration and API-based technical solutions in SAP landscapes

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
