Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with 10+ years of overall SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience and solid hands-on expertise in Employee Central implementations and SAP HANA integration/data architecture.

The candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and post-go-live activities. The role requires strong understanding of HR business processes, SAP HCM/HANA landscapes, and integration between SuccessFactors and SAP backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, from requirement gathering through go-live and hypercare.




- Conduct business requirement workshops and translate HR requirements into SuccessFactors EC solutions.
- Configure and implement Employee Central modules including:

- Foundation Objects

- Employee Data

- Job Information

- Compensation Information

- Employment Information

- Position Management

- Workflows

- Business Rules

- MDF Objects
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

- Event Reason Derivation
- Design and configure Employee Central data models, including Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, and relevant XML configurations.
- Work on Employee Central implementation, rollout, enhancement, and migration projects.
- Design and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM/SAP S/4HANA/HANA systems.
- Work with SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI) for SuccessFactor
