Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions. The candidate should have robust knowledge of service processes, integrations, and SAP cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions based on business requirements.
- Handle Service Management, Ticketing, Customer Service, and Case Management processes.
- Configure business rules, workflows, UI, and service scenarios.
- Integrate Service Cloud V2 with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, and third-party systems .
- Work with APIs, integration flows, and data migration.




- Conduct requirement gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout implementation.

Required Skills
- 6–9 years of experience in SAP Customer/Service Cloud.
- Robust hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud V2 (SCV2) .
- Good understanding of customer service and CRM processes.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs, OData/REST .
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
