We're Hiring: SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant

? Offshore/Hybrid | ? 5–8 Years Experience

Join a global AMS engagement supporting Signify's SAP landscape! We're looking for a hands-on SolMan Consultant to drive monitoring, business process operations, and service stability across a critical SAP environment.

? What you'll do:

? Configure, administer & support SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)

? Set up and troubleshoot Business Process Monitoring (BPM)

? Maintain Work Centers & Solution Documentation

? Drive landscape management, technical monitoring & health checks

? Enable Remote Supportability & support ChaRM/transport governance

? Partner with Basis, Functional, Dev & Infra teams

? Own operational reporting, dashboards & governance updates

✅ Must-Haves:

✔️ Robust hands-on SolMan experience (7.2 preferred)

✔️ BPM,



System/E2E/Technical Monitoring, LMDB, Solution Documentation

✔️ Remote Supportability & Monitoring/Alerting Frameworks

✔️ Solid SAP Basis fundamentals

✔️ Global AMS support background

✔️ ITIL process exposure (Incident/Problem/Change)

✔️ Excellent stakeholder communication

? Good to Have:

➕ ChaRM & Retrofit Configuration

➕ EarlyWatch Alert (EWA)

➕ SAP Cloud ALM / Focused Run / Focused Insights

➕ SAP S/4HANA exposure

➕ Automation & operational monitoring initiatives

? Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering/CS/IT or related | SAP SolMan certification preferred | ITIL Foundation a plus
