Key Responsibilities

SAP SD Functional Support

- Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD processes.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Coordinate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution.

Business Process Management
- Configure and support:

o Customer Master o Sales Order Processing o Pricing Procedures o Delivery Processing o Shipping & Transportation o Billing & Credit Management o Returns & Refund Processes o Intercompany Sales o Third-Party Sales o Consignment Processes Change Request & Enhancement Management

Project & Implementation Support

Integration with other module like SAP MM,SAP FICO,SAP PP, CRM and other Application

Support interface and integration testing.
