- Optimize application performance using HANA-specific techniques
- Drive technical design standards and coding best practices
- Collaborate with functional teams for requirement understanding and solution mapping
- Support data migration and system conversion activities
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and development standards
- Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and design validations
- Mentor development teams and guide technical implementation
- Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
