Role Description The SAP S/4HANA – Sr. IT Executive (Public Cloud) is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for the day-to-day management and support of the company’s SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud setting and related IT infrastructure.

The role includes monitoring system performance, managing user access and authorizations, coordinating configuration changes, and ensuring smooth integration between SAP modules and other business applications. The Sr. IT Executive will provide technical support to internal users,



troubleshoot SAP and infrastructure issues, and collaborate with business and functional teams to translate operational needs into system enhancements.

Daily tasks also involve overseeing IT operations, maintaining network and server health, ensuring data security and backups, and working with external vendors and SAP support to resolve incidents and implement best practices. The role contributes to continuous improvement of IT processes, documentation, and system reliability in alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills, including experience managing enterprise systems and cloud-based environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, resolve, and prevent SAP S/4HANA and infrastructure-related issues.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud) configuration, user management, and integrations is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of IT security practices, backup and recovery, and system monitoring tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications in SAP, networking, or cloud technologies (e.g., SAP S/4HANA certifications, CompTIA Network+, cloud platform credentials) are an
